Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange request.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags intact
- All accessories and documentation included
- No signs of wear or damage
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings and customization services, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-built clubs from our CLUB BUILDING category
- Personalized items (customized golf club covers, engraved equipment)
- Opened golf balls and golf tees
- Used gloves and intimate apparel
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Submit Return/Exchange Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information using the template below:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package all items in their original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package, and ship to our address:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
Step 4: Processing and Resolution
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days and process your request accordingly.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after we process your return (processing time depends on your financial institution)
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable, unless return is due to our error
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). If you paid with a credit card, the refund will appear on your statement within one or two billing cycles, depending on your card issuer.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and inspect your return. If the exchanged item costs more than the original, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping.
International Returns
As we serve customers globally (excluding Asia and select remote regions), international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable golf equipment.
