Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange request. We’ve designed this timeframe to give you adequate time to inspect your golf equipment while ensuring we can quickly process your request.
Condition Requirements
To ensure we can accept your return and maintain the quality of our golf products, items must meet these conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags intact
- All accessories and documentation included
- No signs of wear, damage, or use
- Golf club grips must be clean and free of marks
Non-Returnable Items
To protect the quality and integrity of specialized golf equipment, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-built clubs from our CLUB BUILDING category
- Personalized items (customized golf club covers, engraved equipment)
- Opened golf balls and golf tees
- Used gloves and intimate apparel
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
These exceptions ensure that customized and personal golf equipment maintains its value and quality for all our customers.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package all items in their original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package, and ship to:

Step 4: Processing and Resolution
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days and process your request accordingly. You’ll receive email confirmation once your return is processed.

Exchange Process
